How it works
- 1
Everyone creates an account
Candidates build a profile, companies set up an employer account. It takes a few minutes.
- 2
Companies post jobs
The listing goes live right away, and the company can search for candidates by city and category.
- 3
They find each other
Candidates apply to jobs, and companies can invite available candidates directly.

What it looks like

Choosing an accountWhen signing up, everyone picks whether they want to get hired or to hire.
Company sign-upA single form. Billing details are only needed at the first payment.
Candidate profileA score shows how complete the profile is and what's missing for the Verified Candidate badge.
Candidate documentsThe CV, diplomas and certifications, all in one place.
Applications and notificationsCandidates see what they applied to and get notified when something happens.
What it's built with
What each technology does in the project, in short.
React
The screens, buttons and forms that candidates and companies use. Version 19.
Material UI
The set of visual components: fields, menus and buttons that look and behave the same everywhere.
Flask
The back end, written in Python: accounts, jobs, applications and subscriptions.
PostgreSQL
The database: it stores accounts, jobs and applications.
Docker
Packages the app so it runs the same way on the server after every update.
How the data is protected
The platform runs on a server we set up ourselves. In short, what gets it ready for real users:
Dedicated server
The platform runs on its own server (VPS), not shared with other websites.
Encrypted access
The server can only be managed over an encrypted connection (SSH).
Firewall
The server only accepts the traffic it strictly needs. Everything else is blocked.
Automatic blocking
Fail2ban blocks addresses that repeatedly try to guess a password.
An A+ on Security Headers
Security Headers is a public test by Snyk that checks whether a site tells the browser how to defend against common attacks. GastroBiz got the top grade.
